How do I contact a buyer?

If a user purchases from you, you are able to contact them through your seller dashboard:

• Option 1: Seller dashboard -> sales -> tap the 'message buyer' icon by the sale

• Option 2: Seller dashboard -> shipments -> 'view' the shipment -> tap 'message' by the buyers name

If the buyer purchased as a guest, you will not be able to contact them through District messages. If they have a question about your listing, they will be able to message you directly from the listing.
