How do I cancel a Community Subscription?

You can cancel your Community Subscription on the District on the website. See steps below:

When you cancel, your membership will not renew for the upcoming billing period. You will continue to have all the benefits for the subscription until the next billing period.

Steps

Go to District.net > Login > tap the Community Subscription you would like to cancel > tap the Subscription tab > tap the "Edit" button > tap the "Cancel Subscription" > confirm the cancellation request.

Note: subscriptions can only be managed on the website, not the app.
