How do I cancel a Community Subscription?

You can cancel your Community Subscription on the District iPhone app and on the website. See steps below:

When you cancel, your membership will not renew for the upcoming billing period. You will continue to have all the benefits for the subscription until the next billing period.

Cancel your Community Subscription on the website:

• Go to District.net -> Login -> tap the marketplace of the Community Subscription you would like to cancel -> tap the Subscription tab -> tap the "Edit" button -> tap the "Cancel Subscription" -> confirm the cancellation request.

Changing your Community Subscription on the iPhone app:

• Open the District App -> go to the marketplace of the Community Subscription you would like to cancel -> tap the Subscription tab -> tap the "Edit" button -> tap the "Cancel Subscription" -> confirm the cancellation request.
