Seller Orders

Sellers can view and track their orders in the "Orders" tab of the Seller Dashboard on Web and iOS.

Tap on an order to view its details, including:

  • Order Number

  • Quantity

  • Listing Type

  • Payment Status: Paid / Failed Payment

  • Buyer Information: Name, Username, Address

  • Seller Fulfillment Status

  • Refund Options:

    • Send partial refunds manually or select items you'd like to refund

    • Select refund reason

To generate a shipping label or enter custom shipment details, visit the "Fulfillment" tab.
