# Form 1099-K

Form 1099-K is an report of payments received from sales made via an online marketplace throughout the calendar year. District is required to file a Form 1099-K with the IRS for sellers who've received payments that meet or exceed the minimum gross payment threshold set by the IRS and each state.

You may receive a Form 1099-K from us in January for your sales in the previous calendar year. This helps you comply your personal tax obligations. You can read more about Form 1099-K on the [IRS website](https://www.irs.gov/businesses/understanding-your-form-1099-k).

If you have any questions, please reach out to us on [District Chat](https://district.net/support) or email us at <support@district.net>.
