Seller Protection

When you make a sale in any District marketplace, you’ll be covered by District Seller Protection. That means we’ll protect you against disputes and chargebacks.

To qualify for seller protection, you must:

  • Sell the item on an District marketplace and be set-up on District Pay

  • Send the item as described (in good packaging) with tracked shipping on District to the correct address in a reasonable timeframe. You must keep proof of shipping & delivery.

    • Items over $1,000 must ship with insurance

    • Seller Protection does not apply to items shipped via plain white envelope

  • Keep evidence that your shipped item was as described.
