Don’t sweat. You’re protected whenever you make a purchase on District.

If your order never ships or your item doesn’t match the listing description, you’ll receive a full refund. Just make sure to report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery or within 10 days of making the purchase.

  • Note: You may be asked to return the reported item. Shipping labels will be provided for you.

If no report is made in that period, payments will be automatically released to the seller. Once we’ve released the payment, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
