How Payouts Work
Everything you need to know about getting paid on District.
To start selling on District, you’ll need to apply to a marketplace and set up District Pay.
When a customer makes a purchase from you, your portion of the sale will show up in your wallet 48 hours after delivery (tracked shipments) or 10 Business Days after the sale (untracked shipments). You can access your Wallet and the Cash Out button in the sidebar of the Seller Tools Dashboard.
Your wallet contains your full Transaction History including sales, fees, payouts, payments, and refunds.
Your wallet also shows your Pending Balance, or the amount of money waiting to be released to you, and your Available Balance or the amount of money you can currently cash out from District.
Once your funds are made available, hit Cash Outto send the balance to your bank account. Note: this usually takes 2-4 days to settle.
