Going Live

Going Live

Currently, we only support going live from the iOS app. We're looking to add support to desktop in the near future. To go live on mobile:

1. Navigate to the second tab in the app, Seller Dashboard

2. Tap the Go Live button

Following that, you will be asked to:

1. Give your stream a name—use something creative that will stand out on iso!

2. Decide where to go live. If you're a member of multiple marketplaces this is where you pick the market.

3. Schedule for now or in the future

We now support cover images for all livestreams—this is particularly useful if you are scheduling a stream in advance. Tap "Preview image" to set your cover.

Once you are ready, tap Go Live and you are all set! Your buyers will receive a notification that you are live once you press this.

Managing Livestreams

On iOS, users can see their live history and manage upcoming lives via the "Your Livestreams section in seller dashboard.

Viewing Livestreams

Users can view all upcoming, active, and past livestreams in the Livestreams tab of a market. For past streams, we support playback of the full stream.
