Create a New Listing

Take a Picture of Your Item

To create a listing from the District mobile app, click List Item from the Seller Dashboard tab. You'll be able to take a picture of your item directly from your phone's camera or upload an image directly from your camera roll.

You can also create a listing from Desktop Web by clicking the List Item button from the Seller Dashboard and uploading a photo from your computer.

Edit Your Picture

There are three ways to edit your listing picture. You can:

• Adjust, or crop the picture

• Blur the background behind the item

• Change the background color behind the item

Choose a Listing Type

After you're happy with your picture, choose a listing type. We support Buy Now (or fixed price) and Auction listings

Fill out Listing Details

After you tap continue, you'll be prompted to fill out listing details. These include:

• Item Name

• Item Description

• Price (including whether or not to accept offers)

• Shipping options (more info here)

• Marketplace your listing will show up in

• Categories or tags in the selected marketplace

Review Your Earnings

Once you have all of listing details filled out, you'll see a breakdown of your earnings by:

• Item Sales

• Estimated processing fee (note: we show the maximum amount it will can be)

• Marketplace (or Commission) Fee

• Your Take-Home Earnings

Now you're ready to list! Tap List item, and you're all set!
