How do I cancel a Community Subscription?
If you have a Community Subscription you need to cancel, access your Settings tab to find your Subscriptions.
When you cancel, your membership will not renew for the upcoming billing period. You will continue to have all the benefits for the subscription until the next billing period.
Steps
Go to District.net or your custom domain url and Log in
Tap your profile picture on the top right of the site and select "Settings" from the drop down menu
*note - if you logged in on a custom domain site, you may need to re-log in using your District credentials
In the Settings page, select the Subscriptions tab
Choose "View" on the Subscription you would like to cancel and confirm the cancellation request.
Note: subscriptions can only be managed on the website, not the app.
