You can manage your District Plan, including changing your plan, in your Seller Dashboard by selecting the Billing tab

If you need to switch your plan, head to your Seller Dashboard and select the Billing tab. You will see options to Upgrade, Downgrade, and add Additional Credits. If you need to cancel your plan, select the three-dot menu next to Your Current Plan and select the "Cancel Plan" option.
